We strive to accommodate your preferred appointment times and choice of doctor. You can book a standard 15-minute appointment by calling us on (02) 9484 0033, or by using the online booking service below. Should you require a longer consultation, kindly inform reception when booking.
Multiple Patients: If multiple family members need to see a doctor, please notify reception at the time of scheduling to ensure that an individual appointment is allocated for each person. This assists us in maintaining punctuality.
Emergencies: Emergencies and unwell children are always prioritized. If your booking concerns an urgent matter or a sick child, please advise reception so appropriate measures can be taken.
Please note that you are more than welcome to see one of our doctors without an appointment. However, priority will be provided to patients with an appointment.
Short notice appointment cancellation and failed attendance disrupts service for other patients and our staff. Providing us with a minimum of 2 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a doctor more urgently.

Doctors reserve the right to charge a 'Did Not Attend' fee of $45.00 if you fail to cancel your appointment within the requested time. Repeated no shows without notice may result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you will not be able to make further appointments.
